Warranty and Return Policy

  • Items must be in same condition as purchased. Otherwise, they will be fixed and returned back to you.
  • The warranty is voided for item(s) that are water/moisture damaged and/or seriously physically abused.
  • New cellular equipment bought through American Cellular Technologies. has a 20 days warranty from the day that the item(s) arrive to your store.
  • After the initial 20 days, US manufactured and US carrier phones have a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.
  • For buyer’s remorse there is 20% restocking fee. This fee will be based on the current selling price.
  • Bluetooth headsets and memory cards carry a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Factory refurbished or Asurion refurbished bought through American Cellular Technologies. have a 90 days warranty directly with us from the day the item(s) arrive to your store.
  • Each returned item must be shipped back to us complete: matching box with the ESN outside, label, battery, charger, and handset.
  • Missing item(s) must be reported within 24 hours from received date.
  • If you have a defective handset you must fill out an RMA form, email it back to return@americancell.net (email is preferred) or fax it to 866-725-3215. We will give you an approval number. Once you have this number, ship it back to us. Make sure to write the RMA number outside the box. This is the only way we can keep track of your return(s).We get hundreds of packages daily. Without an RMA number written outside the box, your return will go to the unmarked boxes pile, and it will be seriously delayed and/or returned to you.
  • We can repair certain out-of-warranty items for an extra fee. You will be informed about the costs. It’s up to you whether you want them repaired or not.

What happens once we receive your RMA box?

Our technicians will inspect the item(s), if the mal-functions are minor, your item(s) will be repaired and shipped back to you. If they can’t be repaired, we will swap them for the same models. If, and only if, we do not have the item(s) in stock, you will be issued credit. You will get a solution between 2-4 weeks. Most of the time your RMA will be resolved in days.

Can CDMA Handset be activated with any carrier?

CDMA handset are only guaranteed to work with Verizon Wireless unless otherwise stated. American Cellular Technologies is not responsible for any discontinuation of use of any headsets by any prepaid carrier. We strongly advise to check the compatibility with your prepaid carrier center or with our sales team.

I have created an account. Why can’t I see the prices?

You should be able to see the prices within 24 to 48 hours of submitting your application. We just want to make sure you are a legitimate business.
